Milly D'Abbraccio
In 1978 after winning the Miss Teenager Italy contest D'Abbraccio began working in television with Gianni Boncompagni and Alba Parietti under the name of Milli Mou. Soon she began working with Riccardo Schicchi making pornographic films and later still she set up her own production company.
D'Abbraccio has appeared on a number of television programmes (X-Factor, etc) since then as well as making a number of pornographic films.
In 2008 D'Abbraccio stood for councillor in Rome on a platform of creating a red light area with strip clubs, erotic discos and sex shops called Love City near to the Vatican. D'Abbraccio did not win but the step highlighted increasing dissatisfaction with the political landscape in Italy.
The poster for the campaign attracted much attention for both the image used and the content.
